self tought architect luis barragán's work will leave you tranquilised in awe. hes use of light, shape and color is so calmingly beautiful that i can't turn my eyes away. hes own words about work - “it is essential to an architect to know how to see, to see in such a way that vision is not overpowered by rational analysis." and "any work of architecture which does not express serenity is a mistake."

it is amazing that he has done his job following religiously his beliefs. my biggest admiration for that!!!

it's been a really long while. i had a baby and now he's 5 months old.. so it's time to get back on track :) well considering that i'm also designing a restaurant... well i will try my best but can't promise anything!

yesterday's news

i have thought many times my self on how much paper waste comes from newspapers, magazines, direct mail, advertisements that are placed in our mail boxes.. and have thought about how to make a statement against that.. so thats why this artist work really inspires me.. no, he does not claim a same statement but he has done something crazy wonderful out of newspapers and magazines. the creator of these sculptures is korean born, new york based artist yun-woo choi

kingdom crumbs is cool but even more is the new video that was made by ori toor  a tel-aviv artist that uses colored pencils, pens, and broken lava lamps :DDD and ofcoorse it is hand drawn!! watch it on a full screen!! okei!
